Goodbye.

They always ask us to guard our hearts.

But is taking the defensive step the best way to guard it?

Or is it to nourish the heart with things that make it feel alive?

without a guard, do you then nourish a bleeding heart?

Maybe with a guard, it is not possible to nourish a bleeding heart.

Why let it bleed in the first place?

Nourish the heart with alive and good things that the product may be beautiful and gracious =)

Nice thoughts. Btw, Happy 2007!

Hey there!

Youre back?

The heart bleeds not because we want it to. Just as everything in nature takes its place, it bleeds because it was meant to.

Happy 2007 to you too!

Hey Siew Kwan!

Havent seen you in ages! Where are you studying at the moment?

Defense is our guard. But is it the way to go to nourish our hearts? Cause at times, we get so caught up with our defense, we forget to fill our hearts with the most important things.

Can we still nourish our hearts while guarding it? For if we want to do so, we have to let go of our defensive ways.

Great to have you drop by.
